    Project Management

    Specialized Project Management is a key success factor when establishing a critical collaboration platform. Your project will be governed by a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record who is fully committed to achieving every milestone, according to your requirements within the agreed upon time frame. Your dedicated Project Management starts from the initial design activities up until the solution is launched into full operation. The Project Management team will also be surrounded by all the necessary support functions to ensure total compliance with best in class project delivery practices. 

    Use Cases Implementation

    Following the use case analysis and design, an Airbus expert takes care of the end-to-end implementation in your IT environment. Airbus' structured process includes auditing the existing infrastructure, making technical recommendations, and providing a strategy definition, an approach for implementation in an operational environment and a formal acceptance test plan. Optionally, it is possible to organize a pre-staging phase in a dedicated test environment.

    Installation & Configuration

    Software Installation & Configuration

    From the initial set-up to functional testing, you can rely on our IT System Architect & Integrator to professionally install and configure the software of your Agnet Solution. We follow a structured process comprised of the verification of virtualized infrastructure, the installation of software application, the configuration of defined parameters, the integration with external components – such as the Infrastructure, IP network, LTE network through SGi – and the execution of functional tests. Once this step is completed, you will receive a formal Installation & Configuration Report including test results as part of your solution documentation.  Where remote access to the system is allowed, Airbus DS SLC can install software using a secured connection, to limit or avoid on-site travel.

    Line Connected Agnet PMR Gateway Installation

    Make it possible for all your users to collaborate by performing voice group calls, whether they are using terminals that run on TETRAPOL or Agnet networks. Our Solution Engineer will install the physical lines, interconnecting directly over IP link Agnet servers to your PMR network, in a configuration that fulfills your usage and capacity requirements.  

    Radio Connected PMR Gateway Installation

    Make it possible for all your users to collaborate by performing voice group calls, whether they are using terminals that run on common PMR networks such as TETRAPOL, TETRA, DMR, P25, VHF or Agnet. Our Solution Engineer will install the Radio over IP appliances, interconnecting Agnet servers to your PMR network, in a configuration that fulfills your usage and capacity requirements. 

    Testing & Acceptance

    Standard Acceptance Testing

    To formalize the completion of the deployment stage and prepare your solution for its entry into service, we will conduct an Acceptance Test Plan in your presence.  The Acceptance Test Plan will include the verification of the previously agreed upon functions, features and KPIs to demonstrate that your Agnet Solution is working as per expectations. At the end of which, an Acceptance Report will be signed by all parties. Airbus DS SLC also proposes to deliver this service remotely using secured connection to the system and video conferencing to remove the need for on-site travel.

    Standard Solution Acceptance

    To formalize the completion of the deployment stage and prepare your solution for its entry into service, we will conduct an acceptance test plan in your presence.  The test plan will include the verification of the previously agreed upon functions, features and KPIs to demonstrate that Agnet is working as per expectation. At the end of which, an acceptance certificate will be signed by all parties.
