Aéroports de Paris

Aéroports de Paris (ADP) manages the largest air-traffic zone in Europe. The three main Paris airports enjoy TETRA network coverage: Roissy Charles de Gaulle (CDG) , Orly (ORY) and Le Bourget (LBG).

ADP's TETRA network from Airbus is shared between several organizations: the airport operators, airline companies, public safety and security services, French public administration organizations, and car rental companies.

Secure radio communications

Shared network with privacy

Virtual Private Network (VPN) solutions are vital to ADP, which provides complete VPN services to organizations operating in its area, including PMR, fixed telephony and IP WLAN services. Thanks to the VPN, the organizations can share the use of the same network AND maintain their privacy. The communications remain secure, and the company can also manage its subscribers and groups using its own dispatching solution.

The network comprises

  • One TETRA switch
  • 14 TETRA base stations in 410 – 430 MHz
