    As our Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront, connecting those who protect. Working in international projects, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate innovative technological solutions to customers' specific needs.


    In this technical sales engineer position you will work in partnership with our clients to ensure the right fit between clients’ needs and Airbus solutions including application integration and interfacing solutions. This is a key position to develop Airbus Mission Critical application business and create value propositions for our customers.

    Let’s take a closer look at your role: 

    • Interact with client peers to understand their daily work, the way to digitize their current way of working, the existing Application environment and their IT and business environment, challenges and strengths.
    • Work closely with our sales team to support them with technical background and demonstration of our key products. 
    • Define with the customers the best digital solution around Mission Critical Applications, Situation Awareness solutions to meet their operational needs and optimize their mission management.
    • Define the integration needs between our applications (e.g. Agnet) and the customer’s environment (applications, IT, security).
    • Understand current technology, standard Airbus’ customer environment, and advise clients on leading practices.
    • Influence the product and feature development, (Critical Communication Platform, MCS-Services,) by writing use cases and user stories to take into account the customer needs.
    • Participate in commercial milestones (customer presentation and demo, offers, integration negotiation).

    Competences (with at least 3 years experience): 


    • Demonstrate understanding of customer processes & environment as well as of the detailed use cases of the end users.
    • You are characterized by a high level of personal responsibility and resilience, communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills, as well as the ability to cooperate and work in a team.
    • Strong business, technical, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Experience in different IT environments
    • Knowledge of the software development practice, concepts/methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative), and technology
    • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices and standards across the project lifecycle
    • Commercial capacity (Running Demos, Creating Proof of Concept, support sales strategy,..).

    Technologies/Tools knowledge:


    • Knowledge of the application ecosystem and associated integration world.
    • Knowledge of the architecture of 3GPP based technologies LTE 4G and 5G 
    • Understanding of the different models like: SaaS, PaaS is an advantage
    • Experience in working with tools like Jira and Confluence
    • Experience in technical presales or business development is an advantage

    Skills and Education:


    Education & Languages

    • Engineering or University technical studies.
    • Complementary commercial / sales education is an advantage. 
    • Fluent in Swedish and English

    Experience

    • At least 3 years experience in Telecommunication systems including Radio communication systems and / or applications sales. Experience in PMR systems and / or in IP technology is an advantage.
    • Experience in Telecommunication system architecture and application system integration.
    • Sales and / or commercial support experience like technical presales. 


    The position requires basic security clearance approval from Finnish authorities.
