    As a valued member of our team specializing in the Public Safety and Security (PSS) sector, your primary objective revolves around the following tasks including:

    • Course material development to cover the latest features of the various products in Airbus PSS product portfolio

    • Delivery of efficient training courses to transfer the knowledge and practical skills to our customers and Airbus internal students

    • Maintenance of the lab equipment used in our practical training courses

    • Learning policies and processes improvement

    • Maintaining and upgrading technological and product competence level according to needs set by the Public Safety and Security sector customers

    Let’s talk about you – who is set to thrive in this position?

    The role is to be a part of our customer training team located in Helsinki. The team is in charge of training courses provided to our customers locally in the training center or abroad in customer premises.

    On a day to day basis you will deliver the AGNET and TETRA practical training courses and develop both the traditional Power Point based training material and also e-learning courses. The role also includes maintaining the AGNET, TETRA and IT equipment together with the other training team members. The job includes traveling as we also conduct training on our customer sites.

    We are seeking someone with a good vision of tomorrow’s customer training needs. In this role you will have a possibility to introduce new ways of training delivery, e.g. by developing e-learning courses and webinars. Thus skills and experience in e-learning and webinar development is an advantage.

    As a trainer you are enthusiastic about passing know-how and supporting learning and development of the clients. You are customer service oriented, technically savvy with good presentation skills. Fluency in English (verbal, reading and writing) is a prerequisite, as the customer training is held in English. Other language skills are considered beneficial.

    From technical perspective we expect you to have a good knowledge and practical skills in the following areas:

    • L2/L3 networking equipment such as Cisco and Arista

    • Linux and Microsoft Server Operating Systems

    • Virtualization solutions (VMware, RHEV, KVM/QEMU, etc)

    • Mobile networks (4G/5G) and related radio equipment

    Earlier experience from TETRA technology is seen as an advantage.
