    As a valued member of our community specialising in the Public Safety sector, your primary objective revolves around HR support to the Operations organisation of Airbus Public Safety and Security program unit. In addition to global Operations HR KAM responsibilities with employees mostly in France, Finland and Germany, you act as a local HR Business Partner supporting your organisation’s leaders in all employee life-cycle matters locally in Finland. In your HR KAM role you will be supported by local HR Business Partners in each country where we operate.

    Your specific tasks include:

    • Execution of annual people processes such as headcount planning and potential reviews (just to mention a few) with your unit’s people leaders by supporting, coaching and challenging them.
    • Future planning and development projects within your HR KAM scope.
    • Local HRBP support in Finland to your unit’s people leaders and employees in all phases of the employee life-cycle.

    The Team

    You’ll be an active member of Public Safety and Security (PSS) business’ international HR team and will work in close cooperation with Operations organisation’s business leader. In your home base, Helsinki office, you are surrounded by 4 development oriented HR colleagues (read more about us here).     Let’s talk about you – who is set to thrive in this position?

    In this role, we need an experienced HR professional with solid understanding and hands on experience in people processes covering the full employee life-cycle. You have good business acumen and you are curious to learn and understand our business to be able to support your customers better.

    You have experience in international company’s HR and adaptability to a multicultural setting. You are fluent in English and Finnish, all other language skills are considered beneficial.

    To succeed in this role, you have a good understanding of Finnish labour legislation. The knowledge of Technology Industry’s collective agreements is appreciated. Solid skills with excel and different HR tools (e.g. Sympa, Workday) are also valued.

    We're seeking someone who thrives in juggling between high level business discussions and hands-on tasks requiring precision as the role and responsibilities are very versatile. You need to take ownership on your perimeter, thus high work ethics should be one of your strengths. This role demands the ability to make informed decisions independently.
